November 23, 1976: Anyone For Suicide?

January 18, 1977: The Deadliest Enemy Of All (2)

The leader of a group of Women's Air Service Pilots is determined to avoid any incident that could bring disgrace on her unit and demands that Pappy issue a "hands off" order to the Black Sheep.

March 8, 1977: Last One For Hutch

After enemy bombers wreck Vella La Cava and kill Hutch, the mechanic, Marine brass decide to break up Pappy Boyington's squadron and reassign the flyers.

March 22, 1977: The Fastest Gun

Season premiere. When the name of a squadron member incorrectly turns up on the killed-in-action list, the pilot decides he's marked for death. Pappy clashes with the combat priest over how to handle the situation.

December 21, 1977: The 200 Pound Gorilla

March 8, 1978: The Iceman

When Pappy is ordered stateside to bolster homefront morale, he is replaced by Major Duncan, a spit-and-polish martinet who succeeds in agitating the entire squadron.

Alfter the Black Sheep unwititngly save First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt's airplane from an enemy attack, they are proclaimed to be heroes and given a new assignment.

April 6, 1978: A Little Bit Of England

A coast-watcher, a British airman who has been shot down in the Pacific, rescues one of the Black Sheep but then reveals his location to the enemy by using his salvaged short-wave radio. (Last show of the series.)
