A misunderstanding leads to Stella being kicked off the school carnival commitee for allegedly having an affair with the mayor, but she cooks up a plot with Cassie to get even with the snobbish PTA members.

January 23, 1981: A Husband For Stella

With Joan Kjar (Eunice Clayton), Vic Dunlop (George Kelly), Robert Gray (Cliff Willoughby), Ned Wertimer (Inspector Hartley). Flora and the Harper Valley PTA believe that Stella is pregnant, so they set out to find her a husband to protect the reputation of their upstanding town.

January 30, 1981: Mail And Female

With Enid Kent (Mrs. Crowley), Jerry Anderson (Jessie Crowdy), Robert Gray (Cliff Willoughby). Flora and the PTA members keep tabs on Stella by monitoring her mail, but Stella gets even by planting a phony letter from an imaginary middle eastern princess who just happens to be visiting Harper Valley.

February 6, 1981: Don Juan & Two

With Jed Allan (Steve), Vic Dunlop (George Kelly), Robert Gray (Cliff Willoughby). After Wanda accuses Stella of trying to destroy her marriage, Flora hires a handsome actor to romance Stella and break her heart.

February 13, 1981: The Life Of Reilly

With David Wiley (Doc Waterman). Stella fakes amnesia to get the goods on Flora Reilly, who is involved in a corporate cover-up that is illegally diverting water from Harper Creek.

With David Tress (Stan Bayer), Robert Gray (Cliff Willoughby). Stella appears in a TV commercial for Kitchen Queen Paper Towels, unaware that she is working for her enemy, Flora Simpson Reilly, who owns the company.

March 6, 1981: Moonlighting Becomes You

With Vic Dunlop (George Kelly), Robert Gray (Cliff Willoughby). The P.T.A. suspects Stella of being an alcoholic when she is spotted collecting beer cans; Flora goes after Cassie by setting up Wanda in the beauty salon business.

March 13, 1981: A Tree Grows In Harper Valley

With Vic Dunlop (George Kelly), Robert Gray (Cliff Willoughby), Fred Holliday (Doug Peterson). Sentimental Stella chains herself to the oldest living tree in Harper Valley to save it from being bulldozed by Flora's workmen.

March 20, 1981: Dirty Tricks

With Kevin Scannell (Coach Powell), Renee Jones (Hairdresser), Vic Dunlop (George Kelly), Rod Colbin (Police Chief), Dave Morick (Mr. Mallory). Stella is keeping the books for the Harper Valley Motel, and Flora gets the wrong idea when she sees Stella leaving the motel late one night.

March 27, 1981: Stella And Howard

With Kevin Scannell (Coach Powell), Fred Holliday (Doug Peterson), Julie Payne (Doris Diefenbarker), David Rode (Eric). Flora Reilly thinks that Stella is about to inherit millions of dollars and promptly installs her as an honorary member of the Harper Valley school board.

April 3, 1981: Mayor Bobby

With Bill Smillie (Inspector), Kevin Scannell (Coach Powell), Vic Dunlop (George Kelly). Stella becomes Mayor Harper's campaign manager when Flora, angered by the granting of an entertainment license to Kelly's Bar, decides to run her son-in-law against the kindly old mayor.

April 10, 1981: Bad Day At Harper Valley

An angry and jealous Wanda throws Bobby out of the Reilly mansion because of his casual flirtations, but then lives to regret it when he turns to her rival, Stella Johnson, for comfort and support.

November 12, 1981: Reunion Fever

With John McCook (Calvin Kendall). Cassie's old high school sweetheart is attracted to Stella -- who then finds out he's married.

December 12, 1981: Stella's Scam

With Abe Vigoda (Slick), David Fresco (Clerk), Melonie Mazman (Charlene). Stella gets a job as Mayor Harper's assistant -- and a bribe from a man who offers her $10,000 to steal copies of the construction bids for the new wing of the Harper Valley Hospital.

With Stubby Kaye (Mr. Dickens), Parley Baer (Doctor). A take-off of "A Christmas Carol" with Harper Valley resident villian Flora playing Scrooge and being visited by three ghosts who show her the impact of her miserly ways.

With Jonathan Frakes (Clutch Breath), Jill Jacobson (Twin Carbs), Gary Lee Davis (Steel Plate), Hoke Howell (Lenny). An aging motorcycle-gang leader falls for Stella and declares that his gang will not leave town unless Stella goes with them.

January 2, 1982: Flora's Dinner Party

A newspaper publisher gets on Stella's bad side.

With Ron Friedman (Dr. Arfel), Laurel Delmar (Camera Girl). Stella's look-alike cousin Della pays a visit to Harper Valley and causes trouble for Stella when she plans to make Bobby Taylor her fifth husband.

With Sal Viscuso (Kowalski), Cassandra Peterson (Woman). A phony new management title prevents Stella from joining other city employees on the picket line.

With Guich Koock (Cousin Claude), Lyla Oliver (Tippy), Gloria Jean Morrison (Max), Sally Julian (Buffy), Diane Markoff (Pookey), Larry Nachsel (Messenger). Flora's rich cowboy nephew will donate millions of dollars to refurbish the Reilly Paper Mill on the condition that Flora fixes him up with Stella.

April 17, 1982: Grizzly Gap

April 24, 1982: The Return Of Charlie's Chow Palace

With Joyce Bulifant (Charlie Wells), Kurt Ida (Jimmy), Joe Barrett (Walker McCluggage), Brian Robbins (Charlie's Nephew). Stella and Uncle Buster set out to restore a 1950s teen hangout, but Flora wants to bulldoze it and erect a monument to herself instead.

May 1, 1982: Harper Valley Sentinel
Season 2, episode 17

With Christopher Stone (Tom Meacham). A newspaper publisher gets on Flora's bad side, and the Reillys try to put a damper on the man's relationship with Stella. (Last show of the series.)
