Romantic comedy series about the complications that arise when the daughter of the President of the United States falls in love with an Iowa veterinarian. It all begins when Nancy and Abigail, companion and White House representative, visit a farm in Iowa where Nancy has show horses in training.

With Farrah Fawcett (Salon Woman), William Bassett (Agent Turner), Gene Andrusco (Tommy Wilson), Claudia Bryar (Mrs. Wilson), Ernesto Macias (Agent Rodriguez). An ailing cow on an Iowa farm takes precedence over an engagement party given in Washington by the President for Nancy's fiancee.

With Henry Beckman (Marcus), Chet Stratton (Clerk), Sunny Lowe (Delivery Man), Keith Walker (Began), Owen Bush (Joe), Owen Bush (Joe). Buying an engagement ring for the daughter of the President of the U.S. becomes a frustrating problem for the prospective bridegroom.

With Frank Aletter (Tom Daly), Eddie Applegate (Willie Maxwell). Dr. Adam meets his future father-in-law, the President of the U.S., for the first time, but circumstances of the occasion are embarrassing.

With Richard Erdman (Pruitt), Bill Quinn (Stranger), Hal Smith (Auctioneer), Walter Sande (Curtwright). Nancy and Adam secretly bid on the Swanson farm which is up for auction, hoping to surprise each other, but are outbid by a stranger.

November 26, 1970: The First 100 Years Are The Hardest
Season 1, episode 11

With William Benedict (Telephone Man). The newlyweds movie into their new home only to find they are without lights, heat, phone and furniture.

December 3, 1970: Busiest Bride In The World

With Frank Aletter (Tom Daily), William Bassett (Agent Turner). Because she is the President's daughter, certain demands are made of Nancy which require some adjustments by her and her husband, Adam.

December 10, 1970: A Case Of Spring Fever

With Wesley Addy (Jim Nielson), Darcy Lee (Melissa), Stuart Lee (Danny). Abby and the citiy's most eligible widower find romance, much to the dismay of Uncle Everett, whose jealousy suddenly shows.

December 17, 1970: Boys' Night Out
Season 1, episode 14

With Don Hanmer (Bert), Frank Bonner (Hank), Amzie Strickland (Mrs. Drew), Eddie Applegate (Willie Maxwell). Nancy joins a Woman's Club to combat Adam's weekly poker games, but they both soon discover they are miserable away from each other.

December 24, 1970: Never Look A Gift Horse In The Mouth
Season 1, episode 15
W: William Canning, Alan Devon   D: Herb Wallerstein

With Walter Barnes (Hardeman), Larry Fleischman (Delivery Man), Arthur Gould-Porter (Milton). Nancy and Adam are shocked when a butler arrives as a wedding present from Lord and Lady Halford. While they appreciate Milton's services, they find it difficult to adjust to this invasion of their privacy.

December 31, 1970: Budget, Budget, Who's Got The Budget?
