First of a three-night premiere of an adult comedy about life in a Southern California apartment building. Tonight, an introduction to the building's tenants: Roger, who's rebounding from a divorce; newlyweds Jill and Mark Keaton; and open-marriage advocates Marion and Max Quintzel. Stars Greg Mullavey, Betsy Palmer, Ellen Travolta and Todd Susman.

December 11, 1980: Horace Goes To The Movies

With Susan Walden. Despite her best efforts, Anthea can't seem to dump an adoring Nathan; lecherous Horace persuades Lisa to have a drink with him after he thinks he spots her as the star of a porno film; Roger has a date with his interior decorator.

With Phillip Avalon (Jim Horan), Joe Maross (Ballet Manager). Newly-widowed Maureen claims her husband returns from the grave to visit her; Mark is suspended from the team; Horace dreads impending surgery; Max dates Lisa.

January 2, 1981: Father's Day
Season 1, episode 6

With Sharon Spelman (Dorothy Busky), Elaine Giftos (Hildy), Graham Jarvis (Mel), Christian Zika (Donald Busky). Horace can't turn off his air conditioner; Roger's plans for a romantic weekend are foiled when his ex-wife drops off their son for a stay; Anthea is touched by a superior officer's concern for Nathan. (Last show of the series.)
