Frank Howard and Aurelio Rodriguez homered for the second night in succession as the Senators defeated the Brewers, 4-0, behind the pitching of Dick Bosman. Ed Stroud, who also had homered in the previous night's game, tripled in the third inning and scored on a single by Lee Maye. Rodriguez added a run with his round-tripper in the fourth and Howard wound up scoring with his drive with Stroud on base in the fifth. [The Sporting News]
