Breaking loose on the biggest scoring outburst in their two-year history, the Expos outslugged the Giants, 15-8. The Expos' previous record for most runs in a game was 11, achieved four times last season. The Expos' 15 hits included three apiece by Jim Fairey and Carl Morton.
