After Bob Moose watched movies that showed he had been tipping off his pitches, the Pirates' righthander made adjustments and went out and beat the Astros, 6-3, for his first victory of the season. Roberto Clemente, returning to the lineup after being out of action for four games with a foot injury, cracked four hits.
