Orlando Cepeda batted in the tying run with a single in the fourth and Jarvis scored the leading run in the fifth. Bob Tillman opened that inning with a walk and was forced by Jarvis, who stopped at second on a single by Gil Garrido, moved to third when Felix Millan forced Garrido, and came home on a wild pitch.
