The Phillies' first run counted in the seventh on a triple by Ron Stone and a single by Terry Harmon. Rick Wise, who developed a blister on the middle finger of his pitching hand, yielded the mound to Dick Selma in the eighth and the Astros promptly tied the score on doubles by Keith Lampard and Tommy Davis.
