Sandy Alomar hit two triples, a double and a single in a perfect night at the plate to lead the Angels' attack in a 10-3 victory over the Brewers. The Angels stepped off with two runs on Alomar's first triple and a homer by Roger Repoz. Alomar drove in a run with his double in the third and subsequently scored on a sacrifice fly by Alex Johnson. Alomar crossed the plate for the third time after being hit a by pitch in the fifth. Tommy Harper and Max Alvis belted homers for the Brewers.
