Taking a leading role in California's caper, Clyde Wright not only pitched a four-hitter but smashed one of the Angels' four homers in a 10-0 victory over the Senators. Wright, whose homer was the first of his major league career, also rapped a pair of singles. Jim Fregosi connected for two circuit clouts and Roger Repoz added one in the Angels' 14-hit attack.
