Steve Hargan, back with the Indians after a month in the minors, pitched a two-hitter and beat the Royals, 4-1. Vada Pinson drove in three of the Indians' runs with a pair of singles. Bill Sorrell homered for the Royals in the fifth, ending the Kaycee drouth of 22 scoreless innings against Cleveland pitching. [The Sporting News]
