Batterymates Fergie Jenkins and Randy Hundley smashed homers for their first extra-base hits of the year to highlight the Cubs' 8-2 victory over the Braves. Ron Santo also hit a homer for Cubs and drove in another run with a double. Willie Smith accounted for two RBIs with a single to start the scoring in the first inning. Jenkins yielded four hits.
