Frank Howard homered with a man on base in the fifth inning and Mike Epstein added a solo swat in the eighth to propel the Senators to a 4-2 victory over the Brewers. After Epstein's smash, Rick Reichardt batted in a run with a pinch-single to insure the defeat of Lew Krausse, who was stopped on a personal six-game winning streak. Dave May homered for the Brewers.
