Undefeated since his recall from the minors on July 16, Steve Hargan gained his sixth straight victory when the Indians beat the Brewers, 7-2. The Indians clinched the decision with four runs on two homers in the seventh inning. Ted Uhlaender, batting for Buddy Bradford, connected on reliever Bobby Bolin's first delivery.
