A single by Tito Fuentes with two out in the 11th inning scored Frank Johnson and gave the Giants a 2-1 victory over the Astros. Dick Dietz led off with a single and was forced by Johnson, but when Roger Metzger threw wildly trying for a double play, Johnson advanced to second.
