The no-hit relief work of Eddie Fisher over the last 4 1/3 innings checked the Indians and enabled the Angels to rack up an 8-4 victory. Fisher replaced Tom Murphy after Graig Nettles hit a two-run homer to cut the Angels' lead to 5-4. The Angels then pulled away with two runs on a double by Tony Gonzalez in the sixth and their final marker on a homer by Syd O'Brien in the seventh. [The Sporting News]
