In his new role as starter for the White Sox this season, Wilbur Wood turned in the first complete game of his major career and breezed to a 13-0 over the Angels. The shutout was the second straight for the White Sox over the Angels, following Tom Bradley's 3-0 victory in the previous night's game. [The Sporting News]
