While Bill Stoneman pitched a two-hitter, the Expos ripped into Pat Jarvis and two successors for 12 hits and routed the Braves, 11-1. The defeat was the seventh in succession for Jarvis, who had yet to win this season. The Expos knocked out Jarvis in the third inning when they scored six runs with the aid of doubles by Rusty Staub, Bob Bailey and Jim Gosger. [The Sporting News]
