Don Sutton and Jim Brewer combined on a four-hitter and Dick Allen smashed a homer as the Dodgers defeated the Expos, 4-0. Sutton's right elbow began bothering him and he gave way to Brewer with two out in the eighth inning after walking two batters. Allen hit his homer with a man on base in the third and also singled and scored in the eighth. [The Sporting News]
