Although tagged for 11 hits, Marty Pattin posted a shutout and beat the Twins for the third straight time this season, pitching the Brewers to a 5-0 victory. Pattin also accounted for the first of the Brewers' two runs in the second inning, drawing a pass with the bases loaded off Jim Perry.
