Completing a sweep of the three-game series, Fergie Jenkins pitched the Cubs to a 4-1 victory over the Cardinals. Jenkins also scored the Cubs' first run, hitting a double in the third inning and crossing the plate on singles by Glenn Beckert and Billy Williams.
