The batting of Willie Crawford and Wes Parker figured in the scoring of all of the Dodgers' runs in a 6-4 victory over the Cubs. Crawford started with a homer in the first inning.

Crawford walked in the third, Willie Davis singled and both scored on a single by Parker, who also crossed the plate on a double by Tom Haller. Crawford set up another run with a single in the fourth and batted in the Dodgers' final tally with a double in the sixth. [The Sporting News]
