Ron Blomberg drove in three runs with a homer and Bobby Murcer accounted for two more with another circuit clout to power the Yankees to a 7-4 victory over the Brewers. After Blomberg's blast in the first inning, the Brewers tied the score in third, but the Yankees broke away in the fifth. A walk to Horace Clarke, single by Jerry Kenney and error by Bill Voss on the hit produced one run before Murcer came to the plate and smashed his homer. [The Sporting News]
