Bob Priddy doubled in the 10th inning to set up the tie-breaking run for the victory as the Braves defeated the Padres, 3-1. After Priddy's two-bagger, Oscar Brown ran for him and scored on a sacrifice fly by Felix Millan and single by Ralph Garr. Garr stole second and counted an insurance run on a single by Mike Lum.
