Bill Gogolewski turned in the first complete game of his major league career and pitched the Senators to a 7-3 victory over the Indians. Paul Casanova hit a two-run homer for the Senators in the second inning. After the Indians tied the score in the third, the Senators broke away with three runs in the fourth, one scoring on a single by Toby Harrah and two on a single by Dave Nelson. [The Sporting News]
