Frank Robinson, who has been feasting on Brewers' pitching this season, scored one run and drove in two to enable the Orioles to gain a 3-2 victory. Jim Palmer, who pitched a six-hitter for the Orioles, was the victim of two unearned runs in the third inning, but Frank Robinson doubled in the fourth and scored on a single by Brooks Robinson to start the Orioles' comeback.

Mark Belanger and Palmer singled in the fifth and, after Don Buford struck out, Merv Rettenmund walked to load the bases. Boog Powell forced Belanger at the plate, but Frank Robinson came through in the clutch with a single, driving in the tying and winning runs. [The Sporting News]
