Celebrating his 30th birthday, Tony Perez knocked in all of the Reds' runs in a 4-3 and 2-0 sweep of a doubleheader with the Cardinals. In the lidlifter, the veteran slugger drove in two runs with a double in the third inning and then won the game for the Reds with a two-run homer in the eighth.
