Hal King started the outburst with a homer and Dick Billings connected for the circuit with two men on base. Harrah hit a double and single in two trips during the stanza. The Rangers went on a rampage again in the third, scoring six times. Don Mincher homered with two men on base and Harrah knocked in two runs with a single.
