After pitching eight hitless innings, Jerry Reuss yielded a double by Larry Bowa on his first delivery in the ninth for the only hit off the Astros' lefthander in a 10-0 victory over the Phillies. Bob Watson led the Astros' scoring in support of Reuss, driving in four runs with a pair of doubles, sacrifice fly and bases-loaded walk.
