Homers by Dick Allen, Rick Reichardt and Ed Spiezio carried the White Sox to a 4-3 victory over the Indians. Allen connected for the circuit in the fourth inning. With the Indians leading, 3-1, Carlos May singled in the seventh and Reichardt tied the score with his boundary belt. Spiezio followed with his first homer of the season to provide the winning run.
