After being held to one hit, the Giants jumped on Tom Seaver for four runs on two homers in the fifth inning to defeat the Mets, 5-2. With two out, Ken Henderson connected for the circuit, Chris Arnold and Ron Bryant followed with singles and Bobby Bonds settled Seaver's fate with a round-tripper.
