The Astros, who had scored only four runs in losing four straight games, broke out of their slump with a 7-2 victory over the Dodgers, who were stopped on a five-game winning streak. Jerry Reuss limited the Dodgers to four hits and also helped himself at bat with two singles, scoring one run and driving in another.
