A homer by Joe Morgan with two men on base after an error by Pepe Frias brought the Reds a 7-4 victory over the Expos. Larry Stahl started the stanza with a single and Denis Menke sacrificed. After Cesar Geronimo went out, Pete Rose batted for Jack Billingham and was passed intentionally. Frias then let a grounder by Dave Concepcion go through his legs, allowing the tying run to score, and Morgan followed with his homer to win the game for the Reds. [The Sporting News]
