Wayne Twitchell pitched a shutout and Larry Bowa had a perfect night at bat with four hits as the Phillies defeated the Astros, 4-0. Bowa, who stole two bases, scored three of the Phillies' runs, counting on an infield out by Terry Harmon in the third, a sacrifice fly by Cesar Tovar in the fifth and a single by Tovar in the ninth.
