Bobby Darwin batted in seven runs with two homers and two singles to highlight the Twins' 17-hit attack in a 13-6 victory over the Tigers. Harmon Killebrew drove in four runs with a single and double. The Twins, facing Jim Perry for the first time since trading him to the Tigers, knocked out their former teammate before he could retire a batter in the first inning.
