After his departure, with the Rangers trailing, 5-2, the Brewers exploded for five runs in the sixth, two scoring on a double by Don Money. Then, in the seventh, the Brewers went on a seven-run rampage on a grand-slam homer by Bob Coluccio and three-run smash by Money.
