Posting his fifth shutout of the season, Jack Billingham allowed only four hits and pitched the Reds to a 4-0 victory over the Phillies. The Reds provided Billingham with enough runs to win when Johnny Bench drove in a pair with a bases-loaded single in the third inning. [The Sporting News]
