Friday the 13th proved a lucky date for Dick Bosman, who defeated the Twins, 11-2, to gain his first victory for the Indians since being obtained in a trade with the Rangers May 12. Two Twins' pitchers, Joe Decker and Ken Sanders, not only gave up 13 hits, but walked 10 batters between them. The Indians scored four runs in the fourth inning on just two hits and picked up two runs on one hit and four walks in the seventh, the last two passes coming with the bases loaded.
