Fran Healy hit a two-run homer for the Royals in the fourth to break a 2-2 tie. Rojas singled in the fifth, moved up on an infield out by Amos Otis and swiped third. After a pass to John Mayberry, Rojas scored what proved to be the winning run when Rick Reichardt forced Mayberry.
