Bill Buckner began the Dodgers' comeback with a three-run homer in the fifth. Tom Bradley, pitching for the Giants, was routed in the sixth when the Dodgers scored four runs, but Charlie Williams snuffed out that rally and Randy Moffitt wrapped up the victory, retiring the last five straight batters.
