Alex Johnson collected four hits and drove in four runs to support Jackie Brown's pitching as the Rangers defeated the Indians, 6-2. Johnson plated a run with a single in the first inning and doubled to account for two of the Rangers' three runs in the seventh. After Mike Hargrove homered in the eighth, Johnson singled home the Rangers' last run in the ninth. Oscar Gamble hit a homer for the Indians. [The Sporting News]
