A three-run homer by Mickey Stanley in the ninth inning lifted the Tigers to a 6-3 victory over the Indians. The Tigers, who were losing, 3-1, wiped out their deficit when two pinch-hitters, Gates Brown and Norm Cash, delivered singles and Stanley followed with his round-tripper.
