Jim Sundberg batted in four runs and Jeff Burroughs accounted for two as the Rangers defeated the Twins, 7-2. Burroughs homered in the fourth inning and, after Vic Albury issued two passes, Sundberg hit for the circuit. Sundberg added his fourth RBI with a squeeze bunt in the sixth and Burroughs drove in another run with a single in the seventh. [The Sporting News]
