After Willie Horton hit a two-run homer to tie the score in the eighth inning, back-to-back blasts by Aurelio Rodriguez and Ron LeFlore in the 10th powered the Tigers to a 4-2 victory over the Orioles. Paul Blair doubled and Tommy Davis singled for an Orioles' run in the third and Don Baylor made it 2-0 with a circuit clout in the fourth.
