Jim Spencer drove in four runs with a homer and double to pace the Rangers to an 8-2 victory over the White Sox. Spencer his his homer with Mike Hargrove on base in the third inning to break a 2-2 tie. In the next stanza, after Lenny Randle and Hargrove drew walks, Spencer drove them across the plate with his double. [The Sporting News]
