An error by Ken Boswell and Jose Cardenal's bunt single gave the Cubs two runs in the 11th and a 6-5 win over the Astros. With runners on first and second, Bill Madlock's grounder escaped second sacker Boswell as Don Kessinger scored the tying run. Cardenal then bunted toward first as Rick Monday raced home from third without a play. The Astros had taken a 5-4 lead in the top of the 11th on Cesar Cedeno's RBI single. [The Sporting News]
