. . . where the 1970s live forever!

An outstanding performance by Cedar Cedeno paced the Astros to a 5-3 victory over the Braves. The Astros' outfielder hit a single and double, driving in three runs, and also walked twice, stole his 43rd base of the season and set up the first run by racing from first to third on a wild pitch. Ralph Garr reached the 1,000 hit total for his career with a single and triple for the Braves. [The Sporting News]
