John Mayberry batted in two runs with a single in the first inning and Harmon Killebrew homered for two more runs to start the Royals off to a 10-4 victory over the Angels. Frank White added an inside-the-park homer in the second and the Royals made their victory certain with two more runs in the third on doubles by George Brett and Mayberry and a single by Fred Patek.
