Manny Mota, winning a second straight game as a pinch-hitter, drove in the deciding run with a single in the 10th inning to enable the Dodgers to edge the Astros, 6-5, Mota delivered the game-winning hit with the bases full after the Dodgers had scored the tying run on an error by Rob Andrews. Jerry DaVanon's sacrifice fly had given the Astros a 5-4 lead in the top of the 10th. [The Sporting News]
